Learn to use a variety of techniques to paint landscapes in watercolours. Wet on wet, wet on dry, and different methods of adding details to your masterpieces. Supplies not included. Please bring $25 in cash on the first day of class to pay your instructor for paints and supplies.
Meet the Instructor
Frank is Rossland, born and raised. He graduated from Rossland Secondary School, receiving the fine art award. He continued his studies at David Thompson University Centre, University of Victoria, and North Island College and graduated from Emily Carr University with a diploma in studio fine art. He worked in Vancouver as a scenic artist for corporate events and theatre production businesses, which involved set construction, television commercials, and retail displays. Since returning to Rossland, he has been employed by Selkirk College as an art instructor. As a set designer, he has been actively involved with the Rossland Light Opera Players.
