How do I make a payment online?
Payments can be made through your financial institution with online banking or from your student record.
How do I pay through my financial institution?
Each financial institution is a little different. Generally, you will login to your bank account and indicate that you want to pay
a bill. Add Selkirk College as the vendor or payee. Your account number will be your six-digit student number.
Enter the amount that you need to pay and complete the transfer. Please allow two to three business days for the payment to be applied to your account. You can also go to the bank and make this request in person.
How do I pay through my student record?
Access your student record. Select "Fees" in the left-hand sidebar. The top of the page will show you all your outstanding fees and the applicable due dates. At the bottom of the page, you will be able to select the amount of fees to pay. Payments are applied to accounts with the oldest outstanding balance first.
Click "Make this Payment" to enter your credit card information. The payment will be applied to your student record immediately. Payments can be made with either a credit card or a debit visa card.
Can I use PayPal or an email transfer?
No, you can only pay through your student record or online banking.
What can I pay for online?
You can pay your tuition (including seat deposits), Community Education & Workplace Training fees, student housing fees, Students' Union health and dental insurance fees and international medical fees.
Can I pay my application fee online?
Application fee payments are processed through EducationPlannerBC.
Can I pay in person?
Find out how to pay in person. You can pay with debit, credit, money order or bank draft.
All money orders and bank drafts should be made payable to Selkirk College and include your student number on the front.
How can I get a receipt?
You can get a receipt through your student record. Select "Fees" on the left-hand side, then select the account for the type of receipt you would like to obtain.
Click on the "Receipt" button to print a copy of your receipt.
