Join Us for a Hike

Employees and students are welcome to enjoy a hike on the Great Northern Trail via Troop Beach! Hike guide Milane Kutcher is a SARS member, is equipped with lots of knowledge of outdoor safety and makes each hike a welcoming fun experience for all. 

Please meet outside the Mary Hall building on the Tenth Street Campus. This free event is for staff and students only. Please bring your Selkirk College ID.

All participants must come equipped with the following gear:

  • Hiking or aggressive running shoes
  • Raincoat
  • Water
  • Snack
  • Hip bag or backpack
