Join Us for Some Movement Medicine!

The Indigenous RunWalkWheel Program (IRWW) is designed to help participants gradually build fitness levels and increase their stamina in preparation for a five- or 10-kilometre event. The Indigenous Run/Walk/Wheel program is open to everyone and all abilities. Come meet up with us for connection, fitness and a wholistic approach to wellbeing (considering each individual's mind, body and spirit). 

This is a couch-to-five-kilometre program, with options for those seeking more of a push. Snacks and prizes will be provided.
