Join Us for Some Movement Medicine!
The Indigenous RunWalkWheel Program (IRWW) is designed to help participants gradually build fitness levels and increase their stamina in preparation for a five or 10-kilometre event. It's open to everyone and all abilities. Meet up with us for connection, fitness and a wholistic approach to well-being that considers mind, body and spirit.
This is a couch-to-five-kilometre program, with options for those seeking more of a push. Snacks and prizes will be provided.
