Part of our learning outcomes is to teach future chefs the importance of working with sustainable food, as this is the future of our food.
The salmon on our menus is from Barkley Sound. Northern Divine caviar is a land-based aquaculture on the Sunshine Coast. They raise sturgeon for the caviar. Humbolt squid is a non-native invasive species that has moved into the waters off BC, and it is beneficial for native species to eat them. Rabbit River eggs are from the first SPCA (humane)-certified farm in Canada.

Reservations
Reservations are limited. Please contact us with your preferred date, time and number of guests. Reservations are available for 5 pm, 5:30 pm, 6 pm and 6:30 pm while seats are available.
