Katie Comrie

Katie has lived in the area for over 15 years and considers Castlegar her "new hometown." She and her daughter regularly explore all that the Kootenays have to offer and enjoy many outdoor pursuits.

Katie has been an educator in the public school system for 20 years and brings the accompanying knowledge and expertise to her position as Healthy Campus coordinator. She completed her masters of education in 2020 and focused her capstone project on inclusive education themes.

She is excited and thrilled to be part of the Selkirk College team and working with students and colleagues alike.
