Rodney has been serving as the Indigenous student navigator for a few years. After completing his first year in the Social Service Worker Program in 2014, he spent seven years working in the social work field as a family support worker in Alberta. In 2014, Rodney also completed his practicum with Indigenous Services and worked alongside Jessica Morin as a work-study student. While in the Human Services Diploma Program, he served as the Indigenous Services assistant in 2019.

Outside of work, Rodney enjoys hiking, landscape photography and landscape sketching.
